Todays game is at Gasworks Park where we play Carluke Rovers in the league. Kick off is 2:00pm.
Rovers had a very good season last time out, winning the Stagecoach West of Scotland League Central District Second Division and gaining promotion along with St Rochs and Lesmahagow. Everyone at Gasworks Park congratulates them on this achievement. They also had a decent run in the Scottish Cup, reaching the Fourth round before losing narrowly to Superleague Premier champions Irvine Meadow.
Although Carluke didn’t get their league campaign off to the start they would have wanted – going down to a 3-1 home defeat to St Anthonys – we know to expect a difficult game from a very experienced group of players.
We are all looking forward to a sporting encounter today between two closely matched teams.
