Thistle made the short journey across the Clyde to the astroturf at Carluke Rovers’s John Cumming Stadium not exactly in the best of spirits after a 3-0 loss at Lesmahagow last time out. There were a few changes to the team but it didn’t really go according to plan at first, fortunately there was enough time to turn it round.

Lesmahagow v Larkhall Thistle 4th October 2014
Thistle travelled to Lesmahagow’s newly opened Craighead Park as bookies underdogs for this tie against the early pace-setters and fully lived up to their billing as Gow got revenge for their 3-0 defeat at Gasworks Park in the Sectional League Cup.
After the game, Lesmahagow go top of the league with 5 straight wins, while Thistle will be more concerned about staying in the division.

Larkhall Thistle v Maryhill 20th September 2014
Thistle came from behind twice in a bad tempered game that saw both sides reduced to 10 men for a second half bust-up. The Jags created enough clear cut chances in the second half to win three games and can count themselves unfortunate to be stuck on four points after four home league games in a row
Thistle’s next league game is the difficult looking fixture away at joint leaders Lesmahagow, who will be desperate to get revenge for their 3-0 loss at Gasworks in the Sectional League Cup.

Benburb v Larkhall Thistle 17th May 2014
Benburb decided to let the fans in for free today but the small travelling contingent from Larkhall would have gladly paid to see the kind of performance the Jags produced.
It could have been a drab end of season affair but Thistle had other ideas and got full revenge for their recent home hammering from the Bens.
Larkhall Thistle v Johnstone Burgh 12th May 2014
Thistle came from behind and blew Burgh away with four goals in a devastating seven minute second half spell, but only after the visitors had gone down to 10 men.
